Ingredients (per person)

- 1-2 tablespoons Thai Tea (black tea blended with crushed spices such as star anise and tamarind seeds with red and yellow food coloring).
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sweet condensed milk
- crushed ice
Brew the Thai tea with the hot water in a pot.
Milk and sugar are added to the mix and stir before pouring it into the glass with ice.
Condensed milk is poured on the top of the glass.
